PLAGE DE PASSABLE

Cap Ferrat 2015

Another favorite beach in Cap Ferrat is Plage de Passable overlooking the charming little village Villefranche. Enjoy a fresh salad and an amazing desert over here. What’s great is that you get the afternoon sun, which I prefer and then you slowly see the sun set (if you stay that long)…

LA RESERVE DE LA MALA

Cap Ferrat 2015

My favorite beach on the French Riviera is La Réserve on Plage Mala in Cap D’Ail. I’ve been going here since I was young and it is still very good especially the food and the bay itself is so beautifu. I recommend you to get the kicken spring rolls, tuna quino salad and some aperol spritz – tada!

NICE GUIDE

12/05/21 - 11:50

MY vintage guide is finally here! Check out my top four shops in Nice (and remember where you read it first <3):

Pour Vos Beaux Yeux

10 Rue Alexandre Maririviera aug 2010.

Looking for the real deal Ray-ban pilots à la 40’s? Or cat eyes from Nina Ricci? This is the world’s best vintage glasses store (NOT kidding). I’ve never seen anything like this –  so well organized, all kinds of eras and phenomenal original quality. Not to mention the whole shop interior looks amazing. You just have pop by!

Caprice

12 Rue Droite

riviera may 2012.

In the heart of old town you’ll find this amazing little chic shop. Choose among Celine, Chanel and vintage YSL for almost nothing. Or why not just go for an unknown designer jumpsuit.

Andréa

2 Rue Blacas

riviera may 2012.

Not far from Lafayette you’ll find this amazing vintage store. At first sight it might come a cross messy and a bit overwhelming but once you start looking closely you’ll see there’s some hidden diamonds dusting around. Lot’s of Chanel and Italian brands for an affordable price point. Try it!

Mademoiselle

41 Rue de France

riviera may 2012.

Dazzle among Chanel tweed jackets and Hermès bags. Here you’ll find gorgeous vintage catchs and lot’s of jewelry. Bit higher price point yet incredible well keeped items.

Lovely shopping for me! XO

KATE’S PAPIER

NU när det är höst tycker jag det är mysigt att försvinn in i sin egna lilla värld för att skriva brev, pyssla med album och sy små rosetter. Är ni i äpplet får ni inte missa Kate’s Papier.

Translation: Now when fall is here I personally like being in my own world of writing, sewing and make photo albums. If you’re in NY you can’t miss the cutest paper store in the world Kate’s Papier.

The road trip – fictional or otherwise – has fuelled the imagination of some of the most influential figures in literature, film, art and music. Consider Tom Wolfe’s epic 1966 novel The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, which details a psychedelic, acid-enhanced journey through America on a customised school bus; or more recently, Alexander Payne’s dark comedy Nebraska (2013), […]
